Membership & Service Terms

These Membership & Service Terms ("Terms") govern your membership in and services provided by TrelloBoss, doing business as TrelloBoss Agency ("TrelloBoss," "we," "us," or "our"). By subscribing to any membership tier or purchasing an add-on — that is, by enrolling and providing your payment details — you ("you," "Client," or "Member") agree to these Terms. No separate signature is required: starting your paid membership is your acceptance. Please read them carefully; if you do not agree, do not subscribe. After you join, we send you a welcome package that includes copies of these Terms and your onboarding materials.

1.Membership Tiers & Pricing

We offer three membership levels. Every level runs on the same underlying GoHighLevel and Trello systems — the difference is how much of the work we do with you or for you.

• Boss Essentials — $97/month. Self-led access to the full Boss Agency platform, templates, and resource library.
• Boss Professional — $297/month. Everything in Essentials, plus direct guidance, feedback, and support from Jody. Scope is defined in your proposal.
• Boss Elite — $497/month. A done-for-you partnership in which TrelloBoss builds, runs, and grows your systems for you. Includes a fronted build (see Section 5). Scope is defined in your proposal.

Prices are in US Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of any applicable taxes. Published pricing may change over time; the price in effect when you subscribe (or as stated in your signed proposal) applies to you for your then-current term. Any promotional or "founding" rate applies only as described at the time of purchase and may be limited in quantity or time.

2.Billing, Payment & Renewal

• Memberships are billed monthly in advance to the payment method you provide, on the recurring date established when you subscribe.
• You authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge that payment method for all fees until your membership is cancelled in accordance with these Terms.
• Month-to-month memberships (Essentials) renew automatically each month until cancelled. Boss Elite is billed monthly and renews automatically for successive 12-month terms unless cancelled with the required notice (see Section 3).
• Failed or declined payments may result in suspension of access or services until payment is resolved. You remain responsible for fees accrued during your term.

3.Term, Commitment & Cancellation

Boss Essentials — Month-to-Month

Essentials is month-to-month and self-led. You may cancel anytime; cancellation stops future billing and takes effect at the end of your current paid month. There are no partial-month refunds unless required by law.

Boss Professional — Per Proposal

Professional engagements are scoped per client. The commitment length, deliverables, and cancellation terms are described in your welcome and onboarding materials, which you review before we begin.

Boss Elite — 12-Month Partnership

Boss Elite is a 12-month partnership, billed monthly at $497/month, that renews automatically for successive 12-month terms unless you cancel. Because we front your build (Section 5) and dedicate our team to your business, Elite carries a full 12-month commitment. To stop automatic billing or decline renewal, simply give us 30 days' written notice of your intent to cancel before your renewal date. What happens on cancellation is described in Section 5.

4.Scope of Work, Proposals & Deliverables

For Professional and Elite, the specific work we perform is described in your welcome and onboarding materials. We'll always show you the full scope before we begin. Work outside the agreed scope may require an add-on or an updated scope. Timelines are good-faith estimates and depend on your timely input, approvals, and access (see Section 7).

5.The Fronted Build (Boss Elite)

For Boss Elite, TrelloBoss fronts the cost of your initial build — valued at $5,000 — so you never pay a large upfront fee. We do this because Boss Elite is a genuine partnership: we're invested in building and growing your business alongside you.

If life happens and you need to stop, we will not pursue you for the fronted build. That's simply not how we operate. To end the partnership, give us 30 days' written notice to stop automatic billing. Monthly fees already billed are non-refundable (see Section 8), because the work and access for those months have already been provided.

Because the build was fronted by us and your done-for-you site and systems are hosted and operated by us as part of your active partnership, when the partnership ends, your access to that done-for-you site and work ends, and we may deactivate or take the site offline. Your own business data and content that you provided to us remain yours and can be exported on reasonable request. We will always act in good faith and do what's right.

6.À La Carte Add-Ons

Additional services ("add-ons") are available across all tiers and are quoted and billed separately from your membership. Add-ons are governed by these Terms and any specific terms stated on the add-on order.

7.Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and timely access to the accounts, assets, and approvals we need to do the work.
• Respond to requests for input within a reasonable time so timelines can be met.
• Maintain your own third-party accounts and subscriptions (e.g., GoHighLevel, domains, integrations) where applicable, and comply with their terms.
• Use the platform, templates, and systems lawfully and only for your own business.

8.Refunds

Monthly membership fees are non-refundable, including partial months, because the work performed and platform access provided for that month have already been delivered. You can stop future billing at any time in accordance with your tier's cancellation terms (Essentials: anytime; Boss Elite: 30 days' written notice). We do not offer prorated refunds for time remaining in a paid month.

9.Ownership of Your Systems & Data

Boss Essentials & Boss Professional: you work within your own accounts, so your business data and anything you build are yours to keep.

Boss Elite (done-for-you): the site and systems we build are hosted and operated by us as part of your active partnership. While your partnership is active, everything is fully working for you. If the partnership ends, your access to that done-for-you site and work ends and we may take it offline (see Section 5). Your own business data and content that you provided remain yours and can be exported on reasonable request. We may retain copies as needed for our records, backups, and legal compliance.

10.Intellectual Property & Templates

Our proprietary templates, frameworks (including Forever Boards™, the Boss Command Center™, and Define · Design · Deploy™), methods, and platform materials remain our intellectual property. Your membership grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use them for your own business while your membership is active. You may not resell, redistribute, or repackage our templates or materials for others without our written permission.

11.Confidentiality

Each party agrees to keep the other's non-public business information confidential and to use it only to perform under these Terms.

12.Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

We bring real experience and proven systems, but we do not guarantee specific revenue, growth, or business results — outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, effort, and execution. Services and materials are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

13.Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated "Last updated" date, and where appropriate we'll notify active members. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

14.Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Mason County, Washington, unless otherwise required by law.
